So you want a burst of flavor without all the bad stuff??? Infusing your water is fast, tasty, and fun for the little ones and the big kid in us all! Keep yourself hydrated and healthy all day long with these super simple fruit “Infused” recipes!

- Prep: 5 mins
- Yields: 1 Serving (Approx 12oz.)
Directions
1Wash and slice your Raspberries in half, then cut three thin slices of your Cucumber. (Slicing up your fruit makes it easier for the juices to infuse into the water)
2Toss all fruit slices into your glass | Fill the rest with filtered water.
3Pop on your lid, give it a few shakes, and place your infused creation into the fridge for at least 1-2 days to allow the fruit time to infuse all that flavor into the water. (Leaving it in the fridge for the full two days is when it’s at its tastiest, so make more than enough and let it infuse for as long as your taste buds can stand to wait)
4Take it out, shake or stir it up, and enjoy the flavorful health benefits of your fresh fruit infused creation! --- NOTE: If you want to make more than 1 serving, just keep doubling up the amount of fruit and water per serving.
