Introducing a tablespoon of Chia Seeds into your diet is a great way to ingest an easily digestible source of protein, omega fatty acids, dietary fiber, and essential minerals.
Eaten by ancient Aztecs for strength, starting your morning off with this powerful drink will have you ready to move mountains and take on the world!

CHIA SEED MIXTURE
1Warm 1 cup of Filtered Water in your pot. (DO NOT bring water to a boil just let it get warm. DO NOT use the microwave, as this completely defeats the health benefits of the drink.)
2After you have warmed your Filtered Water, pour it into a glass bowl and add in 2 tbsp. of Chia Seeds.
3Stir it well. Then give it a few stirs every 5 mins. Do this for about 15-20 mins. (This will prevent your Chia Seeds from sticking together.)
4Once your mixture has cooled down, stir it one last time, cover it up, and pop it in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours to allow the Chia Seeds to expand and become a thick pudding-like substance.
OMEGA CHIA DRINK
1Once your Chia Seed mixture is ready, scoop ½ of it into a glass.
2Fill your glass the rest of the way with equal parts Juice of your choice and Filtered Water.
3Don’t forget to recover and place the other half of your Chia Seed mixture back into the refrigerator for later.
4Take your healthy elixir out into the sunshine and Enjoy!
