Cleansing your body should be something you look forward to! There's absolutely no reason to starve yourself and eat bland meals while you flush those toxins from your system, you just need to get a little creative in the kitchen... This salad is loaded with flavor and jam packed with nutritional goodness to keep your body healthy and strong!

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Yields: 1 Serving



Spinach, a handful

Arugula, a handful

1 thin slice of Purple Cabbage, chopped

2 slices Purple Onion, diced

Chick Peas, a small handful

Pumpkin Seeds, a sprinkle

Macadamian Nuts (or sub Walnuts), a sprinkle

1 tsp. Hemp Seeds

1/2 an Avocado, sliced or chopped


A dash of Basil, Cumin Powder, Smoked Paprika, and Garlic Powder

Splash of fresh Lemon Juice

Drizzle of Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, or Avocado Oil

Drizzle if Apple Cider Vinegar


1Wash, chop, slice, sprinkle, and combine all salad ingredients.

2Dash on all those healthy spices and drizzle Oil of choice + Apple Cider Vinegar
