Tired of wondering what else might be lurking inside
of those store bought MYLKS?

When you make your own you don’t have to!!! You’ll know exactly what goes in and what doesn’t • No trace of preservatives • high fructose corn syrup • or Carrageenans will ever again enter your domain with this delicious 6 ingredient, quick and easy recipe for homemade Cashew MYLK!

  • Prep: 15 mins
  • Yields: 5-6 Servings


1 cup Raw Macadamia Nuts

2 1/2 cups Filtered Water

6 Medjool Dates

A healthy dash of Cinnamon

A tiny pinch of Nutmeg

3/8 tsp. Vanilla Extract (add more or less to taste)


1Rinse off your Macadamia Nuts to remove any loose dirt or debris and remove pits from your Dates. (DO NOT FORGET TO REMOVE PITS!!!)

2Combine Macadamia Nuts, Dates, and Water together in blender until smooth and creamy.

3Add in a healthy dash of Cinnamon and a tiny pinch of Nutmeg (add more Cinnamon than Nutmeg, you only need a light sprinkle of Nutmeg… anymore will make your MYLK to overwhelmingly spiced)

4Then, add about 3/8 tsp. Vanilla Extract, blend again to combine all ingredients. --- NOTE: You can easily over due it with the spices and Vanilla Extract, so just add a little in • blend well • and if needed, add more to taste • then blend again.

5The finished product should be a mildly thick, smooth and creamy liquid. (You may need to blend it a few times) Pour it through a Fine Mesh Strainer into a glass bowl to remove any pieces of Macadamia Nuts that may be left behind.

6Store MYLK mixture in refrigerator in a glass jar with an airtight lid. (A large mason jar works well for this)
