This bagel is an “Eggcellent” way to start your morning, up your energy during those mid-day drop offs, or recharge after a healthy work out. Whenever, wherever, this treats got you covered!

- Yields: 1 Serving
Directions
1First, cut your Avocado half into slices
2Then, toast your bagel. While your bagel’s toasting, add a small amount of butter to a skillet, turn heat to medium-high, and cook egg to your preferance. (Ex. Over-Easy, Over-Medium, etc.)
3Now it’s time to build your bagel!
4Swipe a bit of butter on your bagel, add Avocado slices, a healthy pinch of Sea Salt, Ground Black Pepper, and Garlic Powder
5Finally, top off with your Egg and sprinkle on a few Red Pepper flakes
