This is NOT your average Nacho Cheese… in fact, there’s NO cheese in this delicious dip at all! That’s right.. Zero, Zip, Zilch, Nada… it’s 100% dairy-free and I promise you it’s better than any Nacho Cheese, EVER!!!

  • Cook: 20 mins
  • Yields: Serves 4


2 cups Red Potatoes, peeled and diced

1 cup Carrots, peeled and diced

1/2 cup of Filtered Water

1/3 cup of Almond Mylk

1 or 2 Jalapenos, deseeded and diced (how much you choose to use depends on how spicy you like it)

1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast

1 tbsp. Lemon Juice

2 tsp. Sea Salt

1/4 tsp. Onion Powder

1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp. of Chicken Seasoning

A healthy dash of Cayenne Pepper


1Chop and peel your Carrots and Red Potatoes, boil until soft and rinse in Strainer.

2Blend all ingredients on high in Blender until Cheeze is extremely smooth and creamy. You may need to blend a few times to get a good creamy texture.

3Enjoy now or save for later in a sealed glass container. Keeps in refrigerator for up to 1 – 2 weeks.
