The sweetness of strawberries, paired with a tart undertone of lime and kiwi makes this the perfect, naturally-sweet treat. As an added bonus, the flavor of watermelon is super refreshing and contains plenty of potassium and magnesium, which helps to restore your body’s electrolyte balance after spending a hot summer day in the sun!

  • Prep: 15 mins
  • Yields: 8-10 Popsicles


2 cups seedless (or de-seeded) Watermelon, diced

1 cup Strawberries, sliced

1 Kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 Lime, zested and juiced

Just a bit of filtered water… OR… Make this Strawberry Kiwi infused water a couple of days in advance and add a little to the mixture! I swear you’ll think your eating a Jolly Rancher!!! Click here for recipe!

OPTIONAL: Add a little bit of Raw Honey or Agave Nectar for an even sweeter treat


1Dice Watermelon, slice Strawberries, peel Kiwi, zest and juice the Lime

2OPTIONAL: Add a little bit of Raw Honey or Agave Nectar for an even sweeter treat

3Place all ingredients into a high speed blender (add just a bit of water or Strawberry Kiwi infused water) and puree until smooth

4Pour mixture into popsicle molds, add sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight

5To remove, run warm water on the outside of the molds, then shimmy the popsicles out
