These “Rock Star” ingredients combine to create the perfect “go to” shot when you need a natural boost of energy!

  • Yields: 4-6 Shots

2 inch knob of fresh Turmeric – OR – 3/4 tsp of dried Turmeric Powder (only use powder if you can’t find the fresh stuff!)

1 inch fresh Ginger Root

1 Lemon, juiced

Couple of dashes of Cayenne Pepper and Black Ground Pepper (it’s potent so be cautious to not “over-dash” it) --- NOTE: Black Pepper is added into the mix due to it’s hot chemical property called Piperine which enhances the bio-availability of Curcumin that is found in Turmeric by 1,000 times. --- Click here to learn more about the health benefits of these incredible spices

1 or 2 tbsp. of Raw Honey or Agave Nectar


1Place the Coconut Water, Turmeric, & Ginger Root into a blender and give it a whir.

2Once the Turmeric and Ginger Root is finely shredded, strain the liquid through a fine mesh strainer into a glass jar and stir in the rest of your ingredients until well blended.

3Pour your loved ones and yourself a shot! Drink up and drink often… Enjoy!

4NOTE: You may store this Tonic in the fridge for up to three days. Stir well before pouring. Consume with a meal that consists of healthy fats (Avocado, Cashews, Flax Seed, Brussel Sprouts, etc.), these fats will allow your body to better absorb the Turmeric.
