1First, bring your Water to almost boiling. (Again, DO NOT use the microwave, as this completely defeats the health benefits of the drink.)
2Then add in the Cinnamon, Cayenne Pepper, Lemon, and raw Honey or Agave to your glass.
3Fill your glass with hot water, leaving just enough room for your ACV.
4Stir ingredients together until they are dissolved.
5Now, add in your Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) and consume while your elixir is still hot! --- Note: If at first the elixir is too strong for your taste buds, try splitting it into two cups and add a little more hot water. It is best to do this in the morning on an empty stomach, you may also repeat it at night for an extra health boost
