This raw sauce pairs beautifully with most any dish. Just chop, blend, and serve!

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Yields: 1 Batch


1/2 cup Parsley leaves

1/2 cup Cilantro leaves

3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar (or substitute vinegar for 1/4 cup fresh Lemon juice if you prefer)

3 Garlic cloves

1 tsp. dried Red Pepper flakes

1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper


1Blend all ingredients in a Food Processor and pulse for about 15-20 seconds or well blended.

2Serve with just about any main course, salad, or appetizer you can think of!
