Introducing a healthy way to create the best fries you’ve ever had, because lets be honest… who doesn’t love French Fries???

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Cook: 50 mins
  • Yields: 2 Servings

Ingredients

4 medium sized Red Potatoes

3 Tbsp. Coconut Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

A healthy dash of Sea Salt, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Italian Seasoning

Directions

1Line a baking sheet with Aluminum Foil and pre-heat Oven to 425 degrees.

2Rinse your Potatoes, slice them into fries (leave skins on), and rinse them again to remove any excess starch.

3Pat them lightly to remove any excess moisture, then toss them into a bowl and add in 3 Tbsp. Coconut Oil or EVOO, and a healthy dash of Sea Salt, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Italian Seasoning. Stir together with a silicone spatula until fries are evenly coated with your oil and spice mixture.

4Pour fries out onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, spreading out the fries so that you have one layer. Scrap out the rest of the oil and spices in the bowl with your spatula and drizzle evenly over top of your fries for a little extra coating.

5Place fries in the oven and allow to cook for approx 45-60 mins. or until crispy and golden brown. Flip them over with tongs about half way through cooking. If you prefer them a bit crispier, leave them in for a little extra time, but be sure to check on them every few minutes to avoid burning.
