You won’t be hitting the snooze button with tasty visions of fresh sprouts and avocado dancing in your head.

Super charge your day with this delightfully energizing, easy morning meal!

  • Yields: 1 Serving

Ingredients

1 Whole Grain Wheat Bagel

Cream Cheese

1 Tomato

1 Cucumber

1 Avocado

1 Purple Onion

Sprouts of your choice (I like using broccoli sprouts best for this one)

A couple dashes of Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Lemon Pepper, and dried Basil

Directions

1Slice your Bagel in half, toast it, and spread Cream Cheese on both slices.

2Rinse and slice up Avocado, Tomato, Purple Onion, and Cucumber.

FOR BEST TASTING RESULTS --- Add Veggies & Spices in this order

1On top of each Bagel slice, add 3-4 slices of Avocado, 4-5 slices of Cucumber, 2 slices of Tomato, and 2-3 slices of Purple Onion.

2Then lightly sprinkle on a healthy dash of Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Lemon Pepper, and Dried Basil to each slice as well! (Careful not to over season… your taste buds will thank me later!)

3Rinse off your Sprouts if you haven’t already, and top each Bagel slice with a small hand full.
